Before the company was a household name in the local RF (Radio Frequency) industry, our founder and CEO, Lad Panis, spent his career traveling the country as a play-by-play sports broadcaster for various Hawaiian athletic events. In the mid-1990s, Lad realized there was a massive, unfulfilled need in Hawaii.
