Are physical damages like broken antennas or cracked cases covered?
Internal electronic parts are fully covered. However, external “wear and tear” items—such as antennas, belt clips, batteries, cases, knobs, and switches—are not free, but they are provided to you at a special, heavily discounted rate exclusively available to plan members.
Do I need to remember to schedule my annual radio inspection?
No! We know you are busy running your operations. Our team keeps a detailed log of your fleet’s maintenance schedule. When it is time for your annual inspection and tuning, we will call you to coordinate a convenient time to service the radios.
Do you offer this plan for radios we bought from a different vendor?
Yes. Our Preferred Service Agreement covers all makes and models, including Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, and Hytera, regardless of where you originally purchased the equipment. We are happy to take over the maintenance and keep your fleet running smoothly.
How long will my staff be without their radio during a repair?
Zero days. The Special Rate Plan includes free loaner radios. We will drop off a loaner when we pick up your broken radio, ensuring your staff always has a lifeline. Our goal is to repair and return your actual unit within 2 to 3 days.

Without the plan, you are subject to the regular labor rate of $95.00 per hour plus the retail cost of all parts, both internal and external.
